Vikingar has a range of activities for the whole family including the popular Vikingar! Eperience, swimming pool and sauna, well equipped fitness suite, children's play area and theatre. 

Inverclyde National Sports Training Centre is a first class facility that caters for most sports including football, golf, fitness, gymnastics, Tennis and many more.  It also has a conference centre and function room.

Largs Golf Club is at the south end of the town and  Routenburn Golf Course at the north end of the town are the two 18 hole courses in Largs both offering great golf as well as spectacular views.   There are also many other courses within 1/2 hours drive.

Largs Sailing Club cater for all your sailing needs they also organise lots of events and competitions and have excellent facilities.

Scuba Diving and Boating Services are also found at Largs Yacht Haven.

Fishing at sea and at the new Haylie Fishing Loch (01475 676005) are also popular.

A visit to Kelburn Castle, Country Centre and Estate makes for a great family day out The facilities include Pony Trecking & Riding School, Iindoor Playbarn, Pet's Corner, Ranger Service Events, Adventure Course, Falconry Centre and Displays, Licensed Cafe, The Ice Cream Shop, Gift Shop and the Secret Garden.

Largs Tennis Club has 3 courts at Douglas Park, Irvine Road, Largs. There are two ladies teams and a gents team.  Junior coaching is also available, and there is also a Senior Night. Other activities Largs has to offer are indoor and outdoor bowling, 10 pin bowling, putting, amusement arcades, parks with childrens play areas and for the more energetic are climbs up the hills behing Largs which are well worth it even if only for the views.
